Location
- The role is located at Wafi Mall, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Assist clients with business formation, licensing, and documentation services.
- Follow up with clients regarding documents, applications, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain client records and provide regular updates.
- Address customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support sales and identify opportunities for additional services.
Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service, business setup, or a similar role.
- UAE business setup or documentation experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.
- The experience section lists two years of Customer Service Executive experience as required.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
