The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, designing, and testing new digital products, services, and growth initiatives for Awais Marketing Service.

In this role, the EIR will analyze market trends, explore customer needs, and validate business opportunities through experiments, pilots, and metrics-driven assessments.

The EIR will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to build go-to-market strategies, refine value propositions, and optimize funnels for lead generation and revenue growth.

Day-to-day activities include developing business plans, overseeing execution of test campaigns, reviewing performance data, and iterating on ideas to achieve scalable, sustainable growth.

The EIR will also contribute to strategic planning, process improvement, and documentation of learnings to support long-term innovation within the company.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching, testing, or scaling digital products, services, or business models.
• Proficiency in digital marketing fundamentals, including paid ads, lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign performance analysis.
• Ability to design and run experiments, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions using analytics and KPIs.
• Experience with marketing automation, AI-powered workflows, or growth tools that streamline campaigns and improve ROI.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and structured planning skills to turn ideas into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights and influence stakeholders.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing multiple initiatives, and adapting in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in a startup, agency, or high-growth environment; background in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
