- Executive-level experience in digital marketing, professional services or a related field.
- Ability to lead remote teams and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline is required.
- An advanced degree is an advantage.
