- Prospect, identify, and design technical solutions in partnership with clients to address business needs
- Bring in advanced engineering resources as needed to accelerate new use cases
- Develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, and commercial structures
- Build client relationships with high level decision makers across business, technical, and marketing functions
- Work with cross functional teams to develop strategies to scale client facing activities
- Communicate client feedback internally to identify feature gaps and improvement opportunities
- Guide clients to optimal implementations of Meta's Business Messaging platform
- Influence the customer experience industry through participation in conferences and executive presentations
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Executive presence and experience building trust with decision makers
- Experience leading the entire sales cycle and orchestrating cross functional teams
- Analytical and problem solving experience with large scale systems
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (preferred)
- Experience with responsible AI practices (preferred)

Role Overview
- Meta is seeking an Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist for clients in EMEA.

- Primarily serves mid and large sized clients in EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and design technical solutions in partnerships with clients.
- Bring in advanced engineering resources as needed.
- Leverage platform strategic partners to build additional solutions.
- Bridge business and technical conversations to unlock client stakeholder budgets.
- Develop and present value propositions, business cases, and commercial structures.
- Build client relationships with high level decision makers.
- Work with cross functional teams to develop scaling strategies.
- Communicate client feedback internally.
- Guide clients to optimal implementations of Meta's Business Messaging platform.
- Work with other Meta Sales teams to unlock new opportunities.
- Influence the customer experience industry through conferences and executive presentations.
- Hold technical architecture discussions with multiple stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Executive presence and experience building trust with decision makers.
- Experience leading the entire sales cycle and orchestrating cross functional teams.
- Analytical and problem solving experience with large scale systems.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration).
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows.
