Role Scope
Serve as the lead functional consultant for Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems implementations for global customers.
Design best-in-class Transportation Management solutions and act as the functional liaison across customer and delivery stakeholders.
Solution Design and Delivery
- Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Transportation Management software solutions.
- Apply supply chain domain knowledge to configure solutions for customer requirements and business processes.
- Lead solution design and define construction, validation tasks, and timelines.
- Conduct or guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases.
- Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to support time to value and customer satisfaction.
Architecture and Customer Value
- Assess needs outside the standard solution or scope, including integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps.
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers and projects.
- Communicate customer-specific product functionality and enhancement business cases to product and project leadership.
