About the Role
TASC Outsourcing seeks an Enterprise Risk Management professional for a role in Abu Dhabi. The position involves reviewing risk policies, maintaining risk registers, facilitating risk identification, and preparing reports for senior management.

Responsibilities
- Review and support enhancement of the Risk Management policy, framework, procedures, and risk appetite framework
- Maintain and update corporate and directorate level risk registers, including mitigation actions and remediation tracking
- Facilitate risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and escalation activities across strategic, operational, and project related risks
- Develop, monitor, and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalation mechanisms
- Prepare risk reports and presentations for senior management, Audit & Risk Committee, and other governance stakeholders
- Coordinate with Risk Champions, Risk Owners, and business functions to support effective risk governance and reporting
- Support risk awareness, training, and stakeholder engagement activities across the organisation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ Enterprise Risk Management experience within large and/or regulated organisations
- Proven experience with enterprise risk registers and KRI frameworks preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
- Arabic speaking preferred
- Immediate availability

Scope of Work
