Role Overview
Saudi AZM is seeking a mid-level Enterprise Project Manager to lead business transformation and strategic initiatives across the organization.
The role requires strong financial planning skills to keep projects on budget and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise business projects from planning through execution and close-out.
- Develop structured project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure initiatives are executed as designed.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
- Track expenditures against budget and report variances.
- Identify risks and implementation challenges early and develop mitigation plans.
- Drive change management and stakeholder alignment for successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Report project status, financial performance, and risks to senior management.
- Ensure projects align with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience managing structured business or transformation projects.
