Key Responsibilities

Lead IT projects through initiation, planning, implementation, and closure.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and business teams.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
Monitor progress against approved plans, budgets, and KPIs.
Ensure delivery meets quality, security, compliance, and governance standards.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Manage communications with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third-party technology partners.
Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and progress reviews.
Maintain project documentation, including charters, requirements, schedules, RAID logs, and closure documents.
Improve delivery methodologies and governance, allocate resources effectively, support procurement, and hand over completed projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or technology delivery.
Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
Experience with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Strong understanding of software development and IT infrastructure environments.
Experience with planning, budgeting, risk management, resource management, and reporting.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or another relevant certification.
Experience with digital transformation, government, enterprise, or large-scale technology projects.
Experience with cloud, cybersecurity, data or AI, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications.
