The manager defines and delivers the vision and roadmap for existing and new ITOT directorate services.
The role is responsible for customer journeys and the organization's shared customer-focused journey vision.
The position covers business processes, applications, information and data, infrastructure, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the roadmap for ITOT directorate services.
- Set and deliver the shared customer-focused journey vision.
- Identify solutions and analyze requirements before acquisition or creation.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise strategic requirements.
- Deliver within set KPIs, agreed budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience in Information Technology is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification is required.
