Responsibilities
- Own and govern the end to end Data Lakehouse architecture covering data ingestion, storage, processing, consumption, and governance.
- Define and enforce target state architecture including Medallion design principles.
- Ensure seamless integration across Cloudera, Teradata, Informatica, Denodo, and related data platforms.
- Assess existing data architecture, identify gaps, and define remediation and modernization strategies.
- Govern enterprise data models, data standards, aggregation frameworks, and reporting readiness.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, metadata, lineage, and regulatory requirements.
- Define architecture patterns for scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
- Lead architecture reviews and collaborate with business, governance, security, and technology stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise data architecture
- Experience with Cloudera, Teradata, Informatica, and Denodo ecosystems
- Knowledge of Medallion design principles
- Experience in data governance, security, metadata, lineage, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in Banking & Financial Services domain

Role Summary

- Client of Salt seeks an experienced Enterprise / Data Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of an enterprise scale Data Lakehouse platform.
Key Responsibilities
