A technology-driven organization is hiring an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications. You will manage ERP, CRM, HCM, and other platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise applications strategies, governance frameworks, technology roadmaps, and application lifecycle management processes aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead the implementation, configuration, integration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, finance, procurement, collaboration, and business productivity platforms
- Collaborate with Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Units, and Executive Leadership to deliver scalable and reliable business solutions
- Manage the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, upgrades, patch management, performance optimization, and end user support
- Establish governance processes for application change management, release management, configuration management, user access, and system documentation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including application availability, system performance, user satisfaction, incident resolution, project delivery, adoption rates, and service level agreement (SLA) compliance
- Oversee application integration, API management, data quality, interoperability, and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, data privacy regulations, software licensing requirements, internal controls, and industry best practices
- Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, cloud service providers, and third party consultants to support enterprise application success
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through cloud technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), automation, low code/no code platforms, analytics, and modern enterprise applications
- Utilize ERP platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, IT service management (ITSM) tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, cloud platforms, and application monitoring solutions to optimize performance and generate actionable insights
- Prepare application performance reports, technology roadmaps, executive dashboards, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Certified, Oracle Certified Professional, SAP Certification, Salesforce Certification, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent are advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, ERP/CRM administration, IT management, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing enterprise application portfolios, implementation projects, or cross functional technology teams preferred
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, application lifecycle management, systems integration, cloud computing, IT governance, change management, and digital transformation
- Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar), CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar), Microsoft 365, Power Platform, ITSM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and cloud services
- Familiarity with API integrations, DevOps practices, automation tools, cybersecurity principles, identity and access management (IAM), database management, and business intelligence solutions is advantageous
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, project management, vendor management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise technology initiatives while balancing system reliability, security, budgets, user experience, and business priorities
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments, with flexibility to support critical system upgrades and business continuity activities when required
