- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives and growth targets
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi channel acquisition campaigns across paid media, organic, partnerships, referrals, affiliates
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to improve acquisition performance
- Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize acquisition efficiency
- Monitor KPIs including CAC, conversion rate, CLV, ROAS, and revenue growth
- Analyze acquisition funnels and campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO initiatives
- Manage acquisition budgets, forecasting, and channel allocation
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities through emerging channels and partnerships
- Prepare acquisition reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition, growth marketing, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing acquisition campaigns or cross functional marketing teams preferred
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, paid media, SEO, SEM, CRO, marketing analytics
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to lead customer acquisition strategies and drive sustainable growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives, growth targets, and revenue goals
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi channel acquisition campaigns across paid media, organic channels, partnerships, referrals, affiliates, and other customer acquisition programs
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, customer success, analytics, and technology teams to improve customer acquisition performance and user experiences
- Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and audience strategies to maximize acquisition efficiency and conversion rates
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rate, lead to customer conversion, customer lifetime value (CLV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and revenue growth
- Analyze acquisition funnels, customer behavior, attribution models, and campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness
- Lead A/B testing, landing page optimization, campaign experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve acquisition performance
- Manage acquisition budgets, forecasting, channel allocation, and performance reporting to maximize return on investment
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities through emerging digital channels, partnerships, referral programs, and market expansion initiatives
- Ensure accurate implementation of analytics, conversion tracking, attribution frameworks, CRM integrations, and marketing technologies
- Prepare acquisition reports, dashboards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize acquisition processes, campaign performance, and customer growth strategies while mentoring acquisition specialists and marketing team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Certified Professional, HubSpot, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition, growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing acquisition campaigns, growth initiatives, or cross functional marketing teams preferred
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, paid media, SEO, SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and attribution models
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with email marketing, affiliate marketing, referral programs, lifecycle marketing, and performance marketing is advantageous
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, financial, project management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to translate marketing data into scalable acquisition strategies that deliver measurable business growth
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
