About the Role
Thinkproject is seeking a Net New Account Executive for the Dubai market to acquire new customers for their construction software platform. The role involves prospecting, relationship management, and closing deals with large accounts.

Responsibilities
- Acquire net new customers by developing and executing strategic plans for prospective accounts in an assigned territory
- Engage with new customers to build relationships and discover, document, and understand customer challenges
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by working backwards from customer outcomes and positioning Thinkproject's value proposition
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition
- Negotiate terms and close deals agreeable to both client and company
- Keep pulse on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges
- Develop territory specific plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in untapped markets
- Collaborate with internal teams including Technical Sales, services, marketing, and partner management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field sales of SaaS and cloud solutions
- Proven track record in new customer and logo acquisition
- Experience in outcome based solution selling with a focus on measurable customer results
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
