Estimate effort and cost and ensure delivery meets time, cost, and quality targets.
Implement continuous improvement activities using metrics, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Engineering Leadership
- Lead the engineering design team through the Product Development Process.
- Support product definition, specification, scoping, voice of customer, concept development, evaluation, and recommendation.
- Guide system-level design, engineering analysis, design execution, validation planning, and design documentation.
- Prepare the team for the Product Release Process.
