Role overview
The Master Data Management Analyst is responsible for customer master data administration.
The role creates and updates master data records in appropriate systems while following business policies, procedures, and data quality requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Process master data requests under data governance policies and service level agreements.
- Perform customer onboarding, data entry, and maintenance.
- Maintain global customer master data integrity and troubleshoot errors.
- Set up new customers and process changes across Husky systems.
- Identify data quality issues and process improvement opportunities.
- Validate data fields for completeness and accuracy.
- Support other data elements to meet business process and governance standards.
- Maintain request and incident statuses.
- Communicate with requestors and internal business partners.
- Ensure submissions comply with internal audit requirements.
- Follow up on pending requests and resolve and close queue items.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of data management experience.
- Experience with ERP administration.
