Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions to streamline engineering and documentation workflows (e.g., CAD automation, scripting, template generation, rule-based design)
Standardize design and drafting processes across the engineering teams to reduce variability, improve consistency, and minimize production errors
Audit and validate drawings and models to ensure compliance with internal standards, manufacturability, and quality requirements
Create and enhance technical documentation systems, including but not limited to specifications, installation instructions, and product documentation
Creates, review and update website AutoCAD drawings based on engineering specifications
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, errors, and cycle times through system improvements
Translate design and engineering requirements into scalable tools, templates, and workflows that improve speed and accuracy of design outputs
Analyze engineering and production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to the development of SOPs, design standards, and system documentation, ensuring sustainability of improvements
Act as a liaison between engineering and IT/automation initiatives, where applicable
Work collaboratively and safely with colleagues in cross-functional roles and departments for related projects.

Attendance in the office 4 days a week normally.
Competitive salary of $58,000 - $70,000
