WHY: Reduce vehicle yard holds and improve product quality by ensuring timely, accurate deployment of ECU software across manufacturing plants and yard operations—enabling vehicles to meet release and readiness targets.

WHAT: Lead a team responsible for executing ECU software flashing and embedded systems across GM manufacturing sites—owning planning, coordination, and execution to ensure consistent, high-quality results at scale.

HOW: Lead end-to-end deployment operations—planning events, resourcing teams, and overseeing execution across multiple sites—while partnering with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues in real time, standardize processes, and continuously improve deployment performance.

This role is ideal for technical leads or supervisors with experience in vehicle diagnostics, ECU flashing, or manufacturing operations who enjoy leading teams in fast-paced, hands-on environments and driving execution across multiple sites.

The successful candidate is expected to report to the GMNA plants, warehouses, and Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis.

This role requires 50% or greater domestic and international travel.

• Lead reflash events across multiple GM manufacturing sites, ensuring execution readiness and quality outcomes.
• Plan and coordinate reflash events in partnership with software and engineering teams, aligning timing to VeSCoM breakpoints and software release schedules.
