About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Storekeeper to manage inventory of engineering spare parts and consumables in Ras Al Khaimah. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing materials, maintaining stock levels, and using ERP/CMMS systems like SAP.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store engineering spare parts and consumables
- Maintain proper stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock counts
- Identify slow moving, obsolete, and critical spare parts
- Issue materials against approved requisitions
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of equipment and spare parts
- Maintain bin locations, labelling, and housekeeping standards
- Handle material transfers and stock adjustments
- Record all inventory transactions in ERP/CMMS systems (SAP)
- Maintain GRN, Material Issue Notes, and stock registers
- Prepare inventory and consumption reports
Requirements
- Experience in inventory management of engineering spare parts and consumables
- Proficiency in ERP/CMMS systems, preferably SAP
- Knowledge of stock control, bin locations, labeling, and housekeeping standards
- Ability to conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock counts
- Familiarity with HSE policies and safe storage practices for chemicals and hazardous materials
- Coordination skills with maintenance engineers and vendors

Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and store engineering spare parts and consumables.

Store Operations
- Issue materials against approved requisitions.

Documentation & ERP Management
- Record all inventory transactions in ERP/CMMS systems (SAP).
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Material Issue Notes, and stock registers.
- Prepare inventory and consumption reports.
- Track purchase requests and pending deliveries.
Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance engineers and technicians regarding spare parts requirements.
- Follow up with Vendors for quotations and material delivery.
- Support shutdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
- Maintain safe storage practices for chemicals, lubricants, and hazardous materials.
- Follow ISO and audit requirements related to inventory control.
