Job Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with
- stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule,
- budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure
- successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team
- members, and vendors.
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budgetary
- resources.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and productivity.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with the project.
- Develop risk management plans and implement strategies to mitigate and
- manage risks.
- Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive
- measures to address emerging issues.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client
- expectations.
- Establish quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and
- evaluate project performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Overall on-site inspection and coordination work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the related field.
- Possess Construction related certification
- 8 years of experience in the relevant field
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong analytical
- and problem-solving skills.
