Role Overview
Rubiscape’s platform spans six integrated studios, 200+ enterprise integrations, and deployment models ranging from public SaaS to air-gap on-premises — coordinating this complexity at programme scale requires exceptional engineering programme management. The Engineering Programme Manager owns the Rubiscape engineering roadmap execution: from annual PI Planning through to quarterly release governance and post-launch retrospectives. You will work directly with the CTO, studio engineering leads, and enterprise customer success teams to ensure that Rubiscape’s promise of fewer than 90 days to first production use case is delivered consistently and repeatably. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- · Own the Rubiscape engineering programme roadmap: define milestones, critical paths, resource plans, and risk registers across all six studios and shared platform workstreams.
- · Drive SAFe Programme Increment (PI) Planning cycles: coordinate cross-team capacity, facilitate PI objectives setting, and publish the programme board with cross-team dependencies visible.
- · Manage programme-level risks, issues, and decisions (RAID log) using Azure DevOps; escalate and resolve blockers that span organisational boundaries within committed timelines.
