Meet the Team
The role sits within Cisco's Distributed Systems Engineering Engineering Operations PMO team.
The team manages software projects for Cisco routing, optical, and automation products within the Cisco Networking Engineering group.
The group develops networking orchestration and automation solutions for large-scale networks.
Your Impact
- Manage cross-functional software programs, complex solutions, and releases across regions, product areas, and functions.
- Coordinate with engineering, product management, supply chain, vendors, customer experience, technical support, documentation, and PMO teams.
- Distill information from varied activities into clear communications for senior leaders and executives.
- Proactively manage risks, clear roadblocks, and drive outcomes in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Build alignment between technology and business goals.
Program Responsibilities
- Plan requirements and timelines with engineering and product teams in agile or waterfall environments.
- Drive technical tradeoff discussions with cross-functional leaders.
- Improve program planning and development processes and implement standards.
