Engineering Manager

Strong technical knowledge of vacuum technologies, rotating equipment, process systems, and package engineering, including interpretation and application of industry standards and customer specifications.

Strong experience in handling Engineered-to-Order (ETO) packages within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Chemical industries, with a thorough understanding of project execution requirements and industry practices.

Proven project management capabilities with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Sales, and Service to ensure successful project delivery

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, EPC contractors, consultants, and other key project stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.

Experience in conducting and participating in HAZOP, SIL studies, design reviews, 3D model reviews, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.

Strong understanding of international codes, standards, and specifications including API, ASME, ISO, IEC, ATEX , and customer-specific engineering requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation, continuous improvement, cost optimization, value engineering, and operational excellence.

Ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
