Role Summary We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead high-performing product engineering teams and drive the end-to-end delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade platforms. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, focusing on building robust systems, fostering engineering excellence, and enabling predictable, high-quality releases. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Own one or more product modules end-to-end across design, development, testing, release, and production support Design and build API-first, extensible architectures supporting customization without code forks Drive high engineering standards across scalability, performance, security, observability, and reliability Lead agile delivery with predictable execution, strong planning, and outcome-focused tracking Implement automation-first practices across CI/CD, testing, deployment, and monitoring Partner with Product to translate business requirements into clear, testable technical designs Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 engineers, fostering ownership, continuous learning, and engineering excellence. What You Bring (Skills & Qualifications) Must-Haves 10+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in product-based companies Strong hands-on expertise in Java ecosystem (Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST, messaging)
