Director - IT Infrastructure

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or

a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Corporate IT, or IT Service Delivery, including significant experience leading IT teams.
• Proven experience managing Internal IT operations across multiple locations and

geographies.

• Strong experience in End-User Computing (EUC), IT asset management,

workplace technology, networking, servers, identity and access management, and collaboration platforms.

• Experience with enterprise environments using technologies such as Microsoft

365, Active Directory/Azure AD or Entra ID, Intune or endpoint management

platforms, Windows, networking, and cloud services.

• Demonstrated experience managing IT vendors, budgets, procurement, and

technology lifecycle programs

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong people leadership, customer

and employee focus, operational excellence, strategic thinking, stakeholder

management, vendor management, financial accountability, problem-solving, and

executive communication skills.

This role supports a geographically distributed organization and requires the ability to

manage IT teams and service providers across multiple locations and time zones.

incidents, office infrastructure changes, and business priorities outside standard
