Engineering Manager (IPT Lead)

The IPT Lead (Engineering Manager) leads an engineering team in pursuit of excellence in project performance (cost, schedule and technical). The IPT Lead cultivates a healthy work environment for team personnel, sustains team workload, and is supported by the Chief Engineer and/or Chief Designer.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required education: B.S. in Engineering or Related Science or Field

Preferred education: M.S. in Engineering or Related Science or Field

Typically possesses 7+ years of experience in space and defense industry

Required experience: Ability to develop, plan and execute projects Demonstrated team leader Experience with customer relations with space and defense industry prime contractors and government agencies
