Role Overview
The Engineering Manager will lead the Landing Pages product at Braze.
Landing Pages enables customers to create, host, and serve standalone web experiences such as sign-up forms, preference centers, and surveys.

What You'll Do
- Work with product, design, and engineers to decide what to build next and validate priorities against real usage data.
- Rapidly grow adoption of the Landing Pages channel as it expands into new customer use cases.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing engineers.
- Guide key architectural decisions and contribute code in high-leverage cases.
- Own the team's vision, goals, and processes.
- Help solve major engineering challenges while supporting intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
