This is a part-time hybrid role for an Engineering Manager based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
The Engineering Manager will oversee day-to-day engineering operations, foster collaboration within the engineering team, and manage the successful delivery of projects.
The role includes leading technical initiatives, overseeing system integration processes, and ensuring software development aligns with organizational goals.
Effective communication with stakeholders and team members will be essential to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
- Experience in Software Development and integration of technical systems
- Strong background in Project Management
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to excel in a hybrid working environment and manage remote teams
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and urban infrastructure is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software Development, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are an advantage
