- Lead multiple Agile Scrum engineering teams delivering enterprise scale products
- Own the architecture, design, and delivery of cloud native microservices
- Drive end to end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget expectations are met
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, QA, and Release teams
- Define technical roadmaps and make key architectural decisions
- Promote engineering best practices, clean code, testing, CI/CD, and automation
- Mentor and grow engineering talent through coaching and technical leadership
- Drive performance, scalability, and reliability across platforms
- Ensure successful delivery of web and mobile applications
- Manage stakeholder communication and proactively resolve delivery risks
- Foster a high performance engineering culture focused on customer outcomes
