Engineering Manager - Backend

As an Engineering Manager (EM) for our Backend Team, you will collaborate closely with product and design teams to build effective, high-performing teams.

Your primary focus will be on supporting and developing the individuals reporting to you, enabling them to achieve their professional goals, and aligning these goals with our broader company objectives.

• Having 9+ years of industry experience, with at least 7 years as a developer and 2 years of delivering scalable products as a lead/manager.
• Proven experience in developing and working on high-scale systems.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in backend technologies and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience working closely with product and design teams to deliver successful projects.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for building and maintaining robust engineering practices.
