Support PCB design reviews, component selection, grounding strategies, shielding approaches, and RF performance optimization.

Experience with RF/EM design and simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, ANSYS, ADS, or AWR.
Hands-on experience with RF laboratory equipment including vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and related measurement tools.
Working knowledge of antenna characterization methods and RF performance analysis techniques.
Experience leading engineering teams or providing technical leadership across complex development programs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity while driving engineering decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience with vehicle-level RF desense and multi-radio coexistence challenges.
Prior people leadership experience within automotive, electronics, telecommunications, or high-reliability industries.
Knowledge of automotive qualification, EMC, and ESD requirements.
Demonstrated innovation through patents, publications, or novel engineering solutions.
Familiarity with automotive product development processes and program milestones.
Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.
Deep expertise in antenna and RF hardware design.
Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Ability to translate complex problems into actionable engineering plans.
A collaborative approach to solving cross-functional challenges.
Passion for developing innovative connectivity solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
