Engineering Manager, AI Intake

• Professional programming experience with open source languages
• Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering software in a production environment
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Must reside in the U.S.

Nice to Have

• Professional experience with Ruby on Rails
• Professional experience with React or TypeScript
• Experience with automated evaluation and testing of LLM powered workflows
• Experience with LangSmith or similar tools for observability and evaluation
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and prompt lifecycle management
• Familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGen, or other agent orchestration frameworks
• Skill with AI powered coding tools (eg. Cursor)
• Experience working cross-functionally to improve business process
• Experience as technical lead on projects working with UX/UI design and/or product management.

Base Salary Band (based on experience and level) $220,000 - $275,000 To ensure you’re leveled accurately, all new engineers participate in a 90-day review.

This allows us to calibrate your initial interview results with your actual work, ensuring your title and compensation align with your impact and our engineering rubric.
