This is a part-time, remote position for an Engineering Manager.
The Engineering Manager will oversee a team of engineers, drive software development projects, and lead efforts in defining and implementing system integrations.
Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide and mentor team members.
- Strong background in Software Development, with experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications.
- Proficiency in Project Management to successfully plan, execute, and monitor technical initiatives.
- Experience with Integration processes, enabling seamless collaboration between systems and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Flexibility and readiness to work part-time in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in the technology space is a plus.
