This is a part-time, remote role for an Engineering Manager.
The Engineering Manager will oversee technical initiatives, lead and mentor engineering teams, manage development lifecycles, and ensure the successful execution of projects.
This role also involves overseeing system integrations and maintaining collaboration between teams to drive projects toward timely completion.
Qualifications
- Experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
- Strong background in Software Development with a focus on quality and scalability
- Proficiency in Project Management and ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Knowledge and experience in System Integration
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working in remote team environments is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
