About the Role

Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing and mechanical systems
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pipes, pumps, valves, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and mechanical equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests while minimizing disruption to guests and hotel operations
- Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate records
- Support the Engineering team during projects and emergencies
Requirements
- Technical certificate, diploma, or recognized trade qualification in plumbing, mechanical maintenance, or related field
- Previous plumbing or mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or large commercial property
- Strong practical knowledge of plumbing systems, pumps, valves, drainage, and mechanical equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and emergencies

Your Role
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing and mechanical systems

Qualifications
- Technical certificate, diploma, or recognized trade qualification in plumbing, mechanical maintenance, or a related field
- Previous plumbing or mechanical maintenance experience, preferably within a hotel or large commercial property
- Strong practical knowledge of plumbing systems, pumps, valves, drainage, and mechanical equipment, with good fault finding skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and emergencies as required
