Responsibilities
- Complete interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, color matching, touch ups, and decorative finishes
- Inspect and repair walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, fixtures, and other painted surfaces to Hyatt’s quality standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas while following safety and environmental procedures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, minimize guest disruption, and support the wider Engineering team
Requirements
- Previous painting experience, preferably in hotel, residential, or commercial environment
- Knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, color matching, finishes, and painting tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Positive, safety conscious attitude with flexibility to work shifts
- Relevant trade certificate preferred

About the Role

Your Role

Qualifications
- Previous painting experience, preferably in a hotel, residential, or commercial environment.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, colour matching, finishes, and painting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, teamwork, and communication skills.
- A positive, safety conscious attitude with flexibility to work shifts; a relevant trade certificate is preferred.
