Develop and prepare detailed drawings and drawing packages for corrugated metal bridge structures and mechanically stabilized retaining walls using AutoCAD, Inventor, and proprietary drafting tools.
Interpret engineering designs, calculations, and specifications prepared by engineers and translate them into clear, accurate, and buildable drawings.
Perform basic drawing checks to confirm dimensions, quantities, and details are consistent with engineering information and project documentation.
Manage assigned drafting projects to ensure drawings are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with project priorities.

Collaborate with sales, operations, managers, engineers, and other team members to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure drawings are complete and accurate.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
Interest in developing project coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
