Lead the entire bid process for substation upgrade projects, from opportunity assessment to client negotiation.

Develop comprehensive bid schedules and coordinate inputs from engineering, sales, finance, and legal teams.

Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope and develop technical and commercial solutions.

Manage bid budgets, cost estimation, and pricing strategies in partnership with the commercial team.

Act as the primary contact for bid activities, managing communication and risk mitigation strategies.

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management within the engineering, energy, or utilities sector.

Demonstrable expertise in managing complex bids and tenders for technical projects.

Project Management Professional (PMP) and Association for Project Management (APM) qualifications.

Strong skills in bid management, financial acumen, and stakeholder communication.
