Degree qualified in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

Proven leadership experience with full operational and financial (P&L) responsibility within a manufacturing environment.

Experience within advanced manufacturing, aerospace, gas turbines, power generation, or another highly regulated industry.

Demonstrated success scaling new technologies, products, or manufacturing processes into industrial production environments.

Strong financial, commercial, and operational acumen, with experience managing complex business performance metrics.

A track record of developing high-performing teams and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
