Responsibilities
- Lead senior engineering and maintenance teams across Doha Metro and Lusail Tram.
- Develop and oversee asset management, maintenance strategies, processes, and plans.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Safety Case and support operational target delivery.
- Manage contract and operational requirements and establish standards for safe, sustainable, and cost-effective operations.
Requirements
- Ability to lead the Engineering & Maintenance function across Doha Metro and Lusail Tram.
- Experience managing senior engineering and maintenance teams in a complex operational environment.
- Ability to manage asset performance, maintenance processes, and operational requirements while maintaining safety compliance.
