Job Summary

Equipment and Maintenance

• Maintain and upkeep all equipment in the milking parlor.
• Develop technologies related to equipment used in the Baladna milking parlors.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure they are properly executed.
• Maintain routine servicing and maintenance of the milking parlors.
• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and perform required maintenance, including setup and cleanup.
• Schedule repairs and installations to minimize interference with production.
• Review and document machine downtime trends against operating standards.

Operations and Coordination

• Manage inventory of parts for the milking parlor.
• Induct new maintenance staff and ensure they understand company policies and role expectations.
• Coordinate daily with farm and parlor managers on maintenance activities and compliance.
• Maintain detailed chronological records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure teamwork within the unit and across other enterprise units.

Safety

• Identify and report hazards, accidents, near misses, and property damage at the workplace.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 8 years of working experience and 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Two years of GCC experience is a plus.

Knowledge and Competencies

• Knowledge of administrative procedures, program planning, applicable safety requirements, facility maintenance, logistics, and purchasing.
• Competencies include maintenance management, facilities management, preventive and predictive maintenance, leadership, process building, and cost optimization.
