Position Summary
Serve as a point of contact for clients and guests and respond to questions and requests by phone and email.
Support administrative records, reservations, documents, office equipment, guest service, and point-of-sale information.
Administrative Support
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and inquiries.
- Operate standard office equipment other than computers.
- Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Transmit documents by computer, mail, or facsimile and proofread written information for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems.
Guest and Team Service
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and communicate with clear, professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments and support common goals.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
