Position Summary
Install, repair, maintain, and provide technical support for Canon imageRUNNER multifunction devices.
Handle breakdown calls, preventive maintenance, network configuration, and service-level agreement compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Canon photocopiers, including network, scan, and print features.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and image-quality issues.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document service reports.
- Configure drivers, scanning, SMB, LDAP, and email settings.
- Communicate professionally with customers and update service reports.
- Manage spare parts responsibly and follow company standard operating procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of troubleshooting Canon iR and iR-ADV series devices.
- Understanding of LAN, DHCP, IP settings, SMB, FTP, and email scanning.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- ITI or diploma in electronics, electrical, or computer engineering.
- Experience with listed Canon models is preferred.
