Required Skill Sets

• Candidates need 3–5 years of hands-on technical support or similar experience in the mobile industry’s Radio Access Network.
• Experience presenting and explaining detailed KPIs and metrics to customers and internal teams is required.
• Experience with at least one of 5G, LTE, UMTS, GSM, or another Radio Access Technology is required.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routing protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, tunneling, and security protocols is required.
• Unix/Linux systems knowledge, wireless operator knowledge, and a good understanding of 3GPP standards are required.
• Candidates need Excel or statistical analysis tool experience, strong communication, analytical ability, and the ability to manage parallel time-critical tasks.
• Kubernetes, AWS, server virtualization, cloud, and RAN or RF engineering experience are advantageous.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent experience, is required.

Schedule and Work Environment

• The role is part of a remote network monitoring team operating 24x7 on rotating shifts.
• The position requires flexibility to work a diverse schedule.

Key Job Functions

• Prepare KPI and technical reports for the Customer Support team and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with peer teams to identify reporting requirements and document recurring report methodologies.
• Implement reporting automation to reduce effort and improve accuracy.
• Present technical analysis, KPIs, statistics, and root cause analysis to customers for production and mission-critical systems.
• Monitor and analyze GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, and proprietary network technologies.
• Perform first-level technical support and analysis for issues identified during network monitoring.
