Overview
- Oversee the performance and reliability of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Conduct detailed root cause analyses for equipment failures, identifying underlying issues and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs, utilizing vibration analysis, oil analysis, and other condition monitoring techniques.
- Lead and participate in equipment inspections, overhauls, and repairs, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry best practices.
