Position details
Engineer-Lead role in the Engineering & Facilities category at the King Fahad Road property in Riyadh.
The position is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Engineering and inventory duties
- Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment, and recommend replacements.
- Calibrate controls, indicators, and gauges and operate shutoff valves.
- Order, label, and stock parts and supplies and maintain purchase order and inventory records.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machines and manage work-related information using computers.
- Operate a forklift.
Team and operational leadership
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and employee coaching.
- Serve as an example and maintain positive working relationships with employees.
- Identify, recommend, develop, and implement improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
Safety and service
- Follow company and safety procedures, report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, and injuries, and complete safety training and certifications.
