The Software Engineer designs, develops, and maintains software applications that support healthcare revenue cycle operations. Ensures high-quality, scalable solutions that optimize workflows and improve financial performance for healthcare organizations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions in compliance with industry standards. Develops and implements software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Analyzes business requirements, translates them into technical specifications, and performs unit and integration testing to validate functionality. Troubleshoots and resolves application issues, optimizes system performance, and maintains documentation for code and processes. Participates in agile development cycles, collaborates with product managers and QA teams, and ensures compliance with security and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare data.
