Role Overview
The main roles of our Analysis Engineer will entail troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production line rejects (power module, IPM and inverter products) to support production operations as well as department and company objectives. This position involves hands-on component testing, detailed documentation, and communication of findings to internal stakeholders and customers. This role will involve the use of specified work processes, specialized measurement equipment, analysis techniques, and experience to process rejects and return to production. This engineer will support in development of correction actions which could include production equipment improvement mechanical and electrical improvements. This would be a fully onsite role to best support our large-scale manufacturing facility.

Position Summary
The main roles of our Analysis Engineer will entail troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production line rejects (power module, IPM and inverter products) to support production operations as well as department and company objectives. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field; prefer EE/EET or ME/MET curriculum.
- Previous work experience in automotive field desired; work within Japanese company highly desired.
- Adept at problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of measurement technologies such as SEM, FTIR, electrical test equipment, and metrology equipment
