Position Details
Engineer Admin Assistant supporting Engineering and Facilities operations at a Marriott property in Riyadh.
The position is full time, non-management, and not remotely located.
Engineering and Facilities Duties
- Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and related equipment.
- Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves.
- Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed.
- Maintain inventory and purchase order logs.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machines.
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers.
- Operate power lifts.
Team and Safety Support
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Follow company safety and security policies and report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, or injuries.
- Complete safety training and certifications and properly store flammable materials.
- Support guest service needs, professional communication, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
