Job Summary
K&A seeks graduate engineers (Civil/Mechanical/Architecture) to start their career as Acoustic Consultants, supporting acoustic design, noise assessment, modelling, and technical analysis while learning core industry tools and standards. Ideal freshers are team-oriented problem solvers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in acoustics, committed to continuous learning in acoustical materials, software, testing, reporting, quality processes, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- · Coordinate with team members and team leaders to support technical activities and present acoustic-related data as required.
- · Demonstrate active interest and involvement in acoustic concepts, supporting issue identification and resolution.
- · Assist in acoustic design analysis and apply knowledge gained from relevant training programs.
- · Take initiative in continuous learning related to acoustical materials, noise surveys, design standards, technical data, drawings, reports, and acoustic calculations, including the use of AI and automation.
- · Coordinate with the team to perform noise assessments, testing, and evaluations.
- · Gain exposure to company quality processes, audits, work ethics, and adherence to project deliverables.
