Role responsibilities
- Produce BIM models and detailed drawing sheets using Revit.
- Provide technical input on materials, details, and specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to optimize the technical design.
- Integrate design with other disciplines through close coordination and proactive solutions.
- Support standard-detail libraries and efficient production processes.
- Provide design management input, review, consultation, and advice to the client.
- Manage technical design integration and prepare design guidelines, briefs, and scopes of work.
- Prepare design submissions through design stages and manage the change process.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts and deliver work to programme, cost, and quality targets.
- Address sustainability, health and safety, and quality approval requirements.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and support proposed options.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 3 years of experience in major architectural projects.
- Experience delivering detailed-design packages with Revit.
- Proficiency in Revit modelling and drafting is required.
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar relevant discipline.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, delegation, coordination, conflict-management, analytical, and communication skills are required.
